I have a one story 1300sf 2BR brick house with aluminum siding covering the gables. I want to keep the aluminum, but the vented slats need replacing with slats with larger vents, a couple of other slats have sloppily patched holes and need replacing, the rain guards have wood cores which are rotting, I need a new rain gutter system surrounding the house, and the siding will need pressure washing & painting.

I am purchasing a house that I would like to replace the metal siding on it. The siding looks to be about 10 years old. The house was built in 1953. House is 1594sf so its really not that big.
